What Ellie Sync does
Ellie Sync connects to your EllieMD Virtual Office (backoffice) using
the login credentials you provide and imports your leads, customers,
and order information into your own Social Connector (CRM) account.
That is the only thing it does with your data.
What we access
- Your backoffice Lead List (names, emails, phone
numbers, city/state, lead type, and status of your leads and
customers)
- Your customer order history (order dates, totals,
and product numbers)
Ellie Sync reads this information only. It never places orders, never
changes anything in your EllieMD account, and never touches your
commissions, payment, or genealogy settings.
How your credentials are protected
- Your EllieMD login and CRM token are stored
encrypted and are decrypted only at the moment an
automated sync runs.
- Syncs are performed entirely by software. No member of our
team logs into your EllieMD account, and our staff cannot
view your password.
What we never do with your data
- We do not sell your data or your contacts' data to
anyone.
- We do not share it with any third party other than
delivering it into your own CRM account.
- We do not use it for our own marketing, analytics
products, or any purpose other than performing your sync.
- We do not combine your data with other partners'
data. Every partner's records are kept separate and flow only to
that partner's CRM account.
Your control
- You can revoke access at any time by contacting us or changing your
EllieMD password — either immediately stops the sync.
- On request, we will delete your stored credentials and synced
records from Ellie Sync's database. (Contacts already imported into
your own CRM remain yours, in your account.)
