EllieMD email or Member ID EllieMD password

Your Social Connector account, so we know where to send your leads and customers.

Sub-account (location) ID

In Social Connector, go to Settings → Business Profile. Your location ID is listed there.

Private integration token

In Social Connector, go to Settings → Private Integrations → Create new integration. Name it "Ellie Sync" and enable these scopes: View Locations, View Contacts, Edit Contacts, View Custom Fields, Edit Custom Fields, View Custom Values, Edit Custom Values, and Edit Tags. Copy the token it gives you and paste it above.

I am choosing to import this data. I authorize Ellie Sync to sign in to my own EllieMD Virtual Office with the login I provide and copy my leads, customers, and order information into my Social Connector account. I confirm it is my responsibility to review EllieMD's policies and agreements and to satisfy myself that this is permitted, and that I remain responsible for how I contact the people imported. I can stop the sync at any time. I've read the Terms & Data Use.
